Dear customers, in case of urgent problems we are always available outside the opening hours of the reception.
 
Any call that does not concern one of the points listed below will be charged 50€.

- If you should notice a security problem
- In case of heating or hot water supply failure
- In case of inappropriate behaviour by another hotel resident
- In case of difficulty accessing your room
Fire, disturbance, security, hot water, power outage, inability to open the room

In case of a call to the emergency number for any other reason than those mentioned above a flat fee of 50.00€ will be charged to your credit card.
